Recipe Vitamin-packed Salad

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 400g tomatoes
  • Half a bunch of flat parsley
  • Half a bunch of fresh mint
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 200g red radishes
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • Half a glass of olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 slices of whole meal bread grilled in the oven

Directions:
Rinse thoroughly and portion the lettuce, onion, parsley, mint and radishes carefully. Pour the sliced lettuce and radishes in different bowls.
Afterwards cut the cucumber and tomatoes, remove the seeds with a spoon then diced them finely. Place the cucumber, tomato, parsley and mint in a third bowl and add lemon juice, oil, salt and mix well.
