Recipe Quinoa Energy Bowl
A healthy diet has been shown to have a range of benefits. One of the key factors in beginning or maintaining a healthy diet is eating a variety of food from each of the four main food groups. In this video, you will see how easy and appealing it is to prepare a savory and healthy home-cooked meal.
Ingredients needed to prepare a delicious and healthy Quinoa Energy Bowl:
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 200g quinoa
- 200g apple (1 large or 2 medium-sized apples)
- 200g dried fruits (pineapple, mango, etc)
- 100g dried cranberries
- 50g hazelnuts
- Juice of 3 large lemons
- 3 large spoonsful of olive oil
- Salt
Directions:
Wash and slice the onion, tomatoes, apple, and dried fruits as shown in the video. Place the quinoa and the onion in a bowl, add some lemon juice, a large spoonful of olive oil and mix well.
Layer the previously cut ingredients on top of the quinoa, add seasoning and enjoy your meal.
