Recipe Black radish carpaccio with parmesan cheese

It’s common knowledge that healthy eating has beneficial impact in the lives of everybody, especially in women with breast cancer. Keeping a healthy diet can be challenging as sometimes we don’t know what or how to cook. Watch and learn in this video how to easily prepare an exquisite carpaccio in no time!

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 black radish and 4 red radishes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large spoonful of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 50g parmesan cheese shavings

Directions:

Start by finely slicing radishes and place them in a single layer on a serving dish. Season them with lemon, oil and salt then store them in a cool place overnight. Prior to degustation add fine shaving of parmesan cheese, a few petals of edible flower and brace yourself for a treat.
