Sharing our Everyday Wins

Cécile Pasquinelli is a great example of the life-changing impact of breast cancer. Cécile Pasquinelli went to a business school and then had a prominent position in the marketing world for 17 years. Although Cécile Pasquinelli was excelling at work, she knew deep down that she had an alternative dream of achieving something with greater utility for others. However, as is the case with many of us, the fear of failure and of losing a certain socio-economic status kept her from even planning the switch. But alas, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010, which served as the trigger that she needed to make the move and no longer be afraid of the consequences. Since then, she founded a successful company specialising in clothing for women with breast cancer.  With this, Cécile Pasquinelli went beyond her self-imposed barriers, is living her dream, and wants to help other women live theirs, that of ultimately living better days.

Breast cancer affects a countless number of women every year.
Newly diagnosed breast cancer patients and/or survivors sometimes rely more on the experiences of other breast cancer patients than they do on the advice from their healthcare providers, if not more. This is especially the case with the advent of the internet and social media, through which numerous women share how they are battling with breast cancer.

In this page, we present the stories of several women who share their experience, their motivation, their source of support, and their general approach in the fight against breast cancer.
